From Bad to Worse
It is bad enough to have seen Ava feel awful with the flu, but when mom and dad both come down with it at the same time it is just awful. This is the worst flu that I have had in a very very long time. Kevin is feeling equally bad. I hope you all manage to avoid this. We all had a flu shot over a month ago, but it doesn't seem to have done anything. We are hoping that maybe tomorrow we will start to feel better.

this is terrible news! i would offer to help, but i am terrified of becoming infected. i have not had my flu shot. i'm thinking good thoughts for you though!
There is no way I was going to call on you for help (even though it is really really hard to try to take care of Ava feeling like this!) - this is absolutely awful. I would feel terrible if I were to get someone sick - especially so close to the holidays. Thank you for the good thoughts. So far I have three crackers and a little water that have stayed down for the day. Yea.
I hope you all feel better, I had it over Thanksgiving. 7UP or Sprite works great too! I had my flu shot as well, but I don't think the shot covers the stomache flu:(
